Three of us shared a variety of entrees including lamb chops, lagman noodles, and manti and it was all delicious. If you like trying new flavors I recommend Silkroad.
The food is fantastic and the service is great. Portions are generous. The Samsa was superb and is a must try. They also have the best Khachapuri. The food is made fresh and halal. I am glad we discovered this Cary gem.

For food, we ordered Lagman Soup, PLOV, and Manti. Lagman Soup has these perfectly cooked, nice and bouncy homemade noodles. It reminds of the Chinese Handpulled Noodles. My favorite was the Manti, which looks like a large dumpling with seasoned beef and onions...
